Jeff has done two roofs for my family. I could not be happier with the way Jeff conducts business and the quality of work his team performs. The way he works directly with the insurance company is a huge relief alleviating that burden from me. He communicated with me updating me on progress and plan. The jobs were scheduled at my convenience. His team was on time and finished the jobs quickly. They cleaned up completely and the roofs look great. I highly recommend Smithson Bros.
By far the best experience, value, and service I’ve ever received. I had a leak that was the result of a poor caulking job by the original builder around the vent. Jeff was fantastic at reassuring me he’d be coming out ASAP (he’s busy because he’s awesome). Don’t waste time calling other roofing companies, just Call Jeff at Smithson Bros.
I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company. Smithson Bros Roofing and Gutters, LLC is a wonderful company to hire. They are prompt, great quality work. To be honest, after they finished my roof, they did such a great job on the clean up, my yard looks better than before they got here. I highly recommend this company.
Jeff came out and gave us an estimate on our roof (least expensive) and explained how it will go. He is super nice and very informative. He assisted in sending information to our insurance company. Again assuring us. Dropped cones at the spots where materials will be put after asking the best spot. Crew came monday (3/9/2020). Super nice and fast. Total tear off and a brand new roof. Done in 4 hrs and 45 minutes. They cleaned up leaving the surrounding area just like it was. Very impressed. Jeff and his crew did exactly what they said they would do. I would highly recommend Smithson Bros.
Jeff with Smithson Bros. is a perfect case of under promise and over deliver, which is exactly what you want in the service industry. I have a tendency to believe that when a service has to come to your house, they will be late, they will over charge, they may not even show up. That is not the case at all for Smithson Brothers. They really want your business, and it shows.
1. I got a completely new guttering system for the house for a very reasonable price. I feel like I saved a ton of money.
2. He was scheduled way out, but I went ahead and made an appointment for a quote. Once he gave the quote, he said it would be two weeks. He ended up having an opening just a few days later and asked if he could go ahead and get the job done that day. Of course, I was excited. Keeping the crew working is great efficiency.
